We take your brief to the manufacturer best suited to it and come back with pricing, specification, packing details and lead time, along with the relevant catalogs.
See it before you commit.
Where samples are needed, we arrange them with the factory. Materials, colors and finishes are confirmed in writing so the production order matches what you approved.
Terms confirmed in writing.
Price, specification, payment terms and delivery schedule are set out and agreed before production starts.
We follow the order through the factory.
We stay in contact with the manufacturer throughout production and keep you updated on progress and timing. If something changes, you hear it from us first.
Loaded, documented, dispatched.
We coordinate loading and export documents with the factory and your freight forwarder, through to dispatch from China.
